Liz Culpan is responsible for the firm’s management in both financial and operational matters.

She oversees the firm’s financial performance, operations and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements as well as providing financial reports and analysis to the firm for its strategic growth and development.
Liz also assists the Partners in the day-to-day management of the firm’s business operations such as in human resources, policy creation and enforcement, engagement of staff and third-party suppliers and services. Liz also executes and implements systems, procedures and processes for the firm and its staff to ensure both the financial and operational affairs of the firm are constantly running smoothly and efficiently.
